Returns & Cancellations

We value the trust you place in us. We love to get it right for you, every time you trust us with your purchase. However, if at all, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement.

Returns & replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incomplete styles) , wrong size (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. In case there are multiple items in one order, a part of the same can be returned. Replacement is allowed with same or different products, subject availability of stock. However, company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases, which come under legal scrutiny. The policy is applicable only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide returns & replacements to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost. Return & replacement policy is not applicable on discounted products or products bought during sale.
How to Return:

You can call either our support member on +91 7043558496 or email us at care@ within 15 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (order no., courier docket no., product image, invoice and reason of return) should be shared with support team by mail. If you have multiple products kindly mention the product ID on the email to avoid confusion.

Customer support will inform about the pickup address. While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pick up cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. Return & Replacement is subject to inspection and checking by Indihues team. Any product being returned needs to have all components and accessories (price tags, labels, original packing & invoice) as well as complimentary gifts came along with it. Once return request has been placed with Support team, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to intiate replacement after successful product inspection. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product inspection which takes about 2 days.

Cancellation Policy:
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Please note:
For debit card and credit card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank.
Banks will send a SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
